I am most impressed with the entire team at Peninsula Heat. Installers Tyler and Joseph did a great job installing Bosch mini-split ductless heat pump in my home. There communication was clear and thorough, were consciousness in and around my home's interior, and worked very efficient. The team was very responsive to my inquiries from initial request for proposal through invoicing and obtaining utility rebate. This is is my 2nd project with Peninsula Heat in the last 5 years; I highly recommend them for cost-effective, well-manage heating and cooling services

We had an awesome experience with Peninsula Heat. Originally they installed our mini-split, and it is AMAZING! Heats our entire 1600 sq. ft. home, very cost effectively. We have really saved money on our heating bills since our install. Wanting to take good care of our investment, we called, and Nancy scheduled our first maintenance. Jesse came out and did maintenance to the inside unit, and the outdoor unit. He taught us things we can do as part of our maintenance routine. Really nice people and wonderful service! Highly recommend!!!

I want to commend Nancy, Mike and Jesse for very quick service. The service guys were here and got my heat pump working again in just a few minutes.

Estella, your installer, recently installed our new heat pump system and we would like to compliment her work ethic, attitude and her attention to every detail. She worked tirelessly and was a fantastic team leader. Ian Garling, your head estimator, was the main reason we decided to go with Peninsula Heat. He was very personable and detailed. Will Johnson, your other estimator, who I talked to several times via telephone was my first experience checking on our installation process. Will was extremely knowledgeable and gracious. He even made a special visit after the installation to check on a GfI outlet in the kitchen that had tripped. We so appreciate the efforts of your entire team and thank you!

Just had a new Bosch heat pump installed in my home by Peninsula Heating. I would like to compliment Tyler, the main installer, on his professionalism, communication, technical expertise and work ethics. Everything went smoothly for me. He was very conscientious and considerate as well.

Needed our thermostat replaced and they came relatively quickly and the service was excellent. Both Jesse and Michael were professional and noticed we also (desperately) needed our filter switched out. Thanks so much for getting us all squared away before the hot season kicks in!

Nancy was super helpful on the phone with helping me get a service appointment scheduled and Jesse was great with servicing our heat pump! We got our heat pump almost 6 years ago and Peninsula Heat has made the whole process effortless. Highly reccomend!

Our heater stopped working suddenly and Nancy was absolutely amazing and squeezed us into the schedule the same day! We have babies in our home and it was so heartwarming to know they cared! Lucky for us the fix was simple enough and James was able to get our heat working that day, even while we waited for the replacement part! After about a week or so the new part arrived and Steve installed it super quickly while James did an inspection on our vents. Seriously, these guys are so kind and efficient. We will 100% call them again if we have problems. 10/10 recommend!

Jessie and Michael provided excellent service for repair. They were timely, communicated arrival time, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. They were able to complete a repair that resumed full system function. They were both friendly, helpful and respectful

Talked to Molly and she was able to work with my schedule and get someone over to my house within a week. Mike and Jesse were very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
