Lucky for us the fix was simple enough and James was able to get our heat working that day, even while we waited for the replacement part! After about a week or so the new part arrived and Steve installed it super quickly while James did an inspection on our vents. Seriously, these guys are so kind and efficient. We will 100% call them again if we have problems. 10/10 recommend!"
